Create a filter that shows which devices do not Have WebRoot

Description

• This article provides brief information to create a filter that shows which devices do not have  specific applications Installed.

Environment

• N-able N-central

Solution

1. From the All Devices view at the SO level or customer lever or Site level, click Create New Filter button at the top of the page.

2. Enter a name, and then configure the filter by using the following:

Device | Service Organization | Equal To | SO Level name
Click the ADD button to add another row and select
Application | Application Name | Does not Contain | Application Name

3. Click the Preview button to confirm that the devices displayed should in fact be displayed in the results, if so click the Save button.

Assuming the Application name is correct this filter should display devices where the application is not installed.
