Configuring a user's role/access group in N-able N-central 11 or later to not automatically propagate to new customers

Description

• Users that existed in the environment prior to the upgrade were migrated to the new environment at the SO level with propagation to new customers enabled by default.

Environment

• N-able N-central 11 or later

Solution

• After an upgrade , you may find that some users who were originally configured to have access to only specified customers or devices were moved to the SO level and are being given access to new customers automatically.

1. To fix this problem, go the user's access group and uncheck the box by "Propagate to all new Customers/Sites"
