Configure User Account Session Timeout

Description
- This article provides steps on how to configure the new User Configuration for Session Timeout. Session timeout is the amount of time a user is idle and will be logged out.
Environment
- N-able N-central
Solution
- To change the default session timeout, please do the following:
- Select Administration
- Select Defaults
- Select User Defaults
- For the Session Time Out option, change to your desired value
- Select Save
- To change a particular user's session timeout, please do the following:
- Select Administration
- Select User Management
- Select Users
- For the user in question, select their login name
- Select User Details
- Select User Information
- Under the Access section, edit the Session Time Out option
- Select Save
