Description

This article describes how to change the default email recipient for notification in N-able N-central.

Environment

All N-able N-central versions

Solution

1. Go to SO Level > Configuration Menu.
2. Select Monitoring.
3. Select Notification.
4. Go through each Notification Profile (eg. Active Directory, Agent/Probe Failure etc.).
5. Change the default Notification Recipient to desired new recipient.
6. Click Save.
