Description

• N-able N-central allows you to manage the password settings that are applied to all of the accounts in the system.
• The password settings are applied to all of the new and any existing accounts.
• For existing accounts, the complexity rules are not enforced until the next time a user changes their password.

Environment

• N-able N-central All Versions

Solution

For 10.2

To change the password expiry, you need to login as product admin to N-able N-central port 10000.

Click on User Password Management.

In this page you can change how many days the password will expire.

Select the level of Complexity that you would like to enforce for the passwords.

Once done, click OK.

Login as product admin and go to System >> Administration >> User Management >> Password Setting.
