Change install path for Take Control Viewer (for N-able N-central)

Description

• How to install the Take Control Viewer on a path other than default?

Environment

• N-able N-central
  • Take Control

Solution

1. Download and save the Take Control Viewer installer
2. Open the Windows Command Prompt on the folder where the installer was saved
3. Run the installer with the following parameter:
   • MSPA4NCentralViewerInstall-7.00.20-20201106.exe /D=<CUSTOM PATH>

• NOTE: Replace '<CUSTOM PATH>' with your intended Custom Path for the Viewer install.
• NOTE: The user running the installer needs to have permissions to write in the intended custom path.
