Cannot delete or see link from My Links in N-able N-central

• A green link is visible but cannot be deleted or even seen under :

My Links > Manage My Links

Environment

• N-able N-central all versions.

Solution

• Even though a link may be publicly visible to all users & admins from the My Links on the left-hand menu. If they are owned by another administrator, then this administrator must delete them under :

My Links > Manage My Links

• Otherwise, the Product Administrator account must be used to manage these links.
