Cannot Find Device in N-able N-central UI

Description
This article explains how to locate a device if it is not visible in the N-able N-central UI. A device may not be visible in the UI if you have a filter applied, if you are looking in the wrong All Devices tab, if the device has not been imported, or if the device is mapped to another device.
Environment
- N-able N-central
Solution
The device is not targeted by the filter applied, the device is listed in another All Devices tab, the device has not been imported, or the device is mapped to another device.
- To clear a filter, browse to Views> All Devices> Network Devices> Reset Filter
- To look in the Mobile Devices tab, browse to Views> All Devices> Mobile Devices> Reset Filter
- To view the devices that have not been imported, browse to Actions> Add/Import Devices> Discovered Assets>>> Show Ignored Devices
- To prevent Device1 from being mapped to Device2, exclude the common MAC address from being used to map devices and then re-install the Windows Agent on Device1: Administration> Defaults> Discovery Defaults> Add New MAC Address>> Enter the MAC Address in lower case using the existing format> Save
