Description
- Can we change the recipient e-mail address or Customized System Email since moving the NCOD server to AWS?
Environment
- N-able N-central.
Solution
The change can be made but the email account must be valid and must be able to receive emails:
An authorization email must be sent from the N-able team to that account to allow it through the AWS filters.
To generate this email, please open a support ticket with the intended email address you wish to use.
The support team will have the authorization email generated which lasts for 24 hours and needs to be read and followed in that time.
If this change has been made without the above being done it can be changed back to a default value (admin@n-able.com), which support can assist with if the original was not made note of.
