CPU utilization by top Processes (Reports)

Description

Is there a N-able N-central or N-able Report Manager report I can run that will give me historical data about the processes that are using CPU on a given device?

RM 4.3 +

Solution

Currently, we do not keep any of the historical data about the top processes using CPU so there is no report that could be run to show you this information historically.

If the service is to fail we do advise CPU Utilization by Top 5 Processes right in the service itself. You can see this by going to the device then by going to Monitoring -> Status -> CPU.

There has been a feature request opened for us to store this data for use in report's tailored for N-able N-central and N-able Report Manager. If you'd like to have your company added to the product enhancement request please open a ticket and reference product enhancement number 80116.
