Description
- This article provides brief information when the CIM port is not responding.

Environment
- N-able N-central
Solution
- Reboot the host with the Windows Software Probe.
- Try increasing the scan interval for the connectivity (vmware) service from 5 mins to 15 mins.
- Check the CIM Services.
- Check firewall for any restrictions to the CIM port.
- Contact Support to investigate a possible link to NCCF-8866
