• Backup dashboard within N-able N-central very slow to load
• Backup dashboard not loading in N-able N-central,
• Backup dashboard doesn't load regardless of customer level

Environment

• N-able N-central
• N-able Backup

Solution

• Try logging in to dashboard with a different:
  • Device
  • Browser
  • User
• Alternatively, clear all cache + cookies from browser(s) on local machine
