Description

ERROR:
  • 10600 Invalid credentials please check that the correct username, password OR apikey and network address have been specified.
  • The following is the error message provided by Autotask:
The InstalledProductID [29687217] is not associated with Account [29685496].
Please confirm that there are no networking issues, and that Ticketing Recipient [Proactive Workstation Windows Action Centre Ticketing Recipient] is configured properly.

Solution

The error is caused by the device being under the wrong customer in Autotask

To resolve this:
  • please delete the device from Autotask and re-export it or;
  • edit the device entry in Autotask manually so that it is under the correct customer
