Description
ERROR:- 10600 Invalid credentials please check that the correct username, password OR apikey and network address have been specified.
- The following is the error message provided by Autotask:
Please confirm that there are no networking issues, and that Ticketing Recipient [Proactive Workstation Windows Action Centre Ticketing Recipient] is configured properly.
Environment

Solution
The error is caused by the device being under the wrong customer in AutotaskTo resolve this:
- please delete the device from Autotask and re-export it or;
- edit the device entry in Autotask manually so that it is under the correct customer
