Approved patches are not installing, no Patch Management Pre-Download Maintenance Window is assigned to the rule/device

Description
- Approved patches are not installing.
- There is no Patch Management Pre-Download Maintenance Window assigned to the rule/device.
Environment
- N-able N-central
- Patch Management
- Maintenance Windows
Solution
- The reason why the patches are not installing is because the Pre-Download Maintenance Window needs to be applied so the patches can be downloaded from the probe cache/external source
- To do so from a Rule, please do the following:
- From the appropriate level (SO, Customer, Site) select 'Configuration' > 'Monitoring' > 'Rules'
- Select the Rule in question
- Select 'Maintenance Windows'
- Select 'Add' > 'Patch Management' > 'Add Pre-Download Window'
- Enter in your desired configurations
- Select 'Save'
- Select 'Save'
- To do so from a device level, please do the following:
- Select the device in question from the 'All Devices' view
- Select 'Settings' > 'Maintenance Windows'
- Select 'Add' > 'Patch Management' > 'Add Pre-Download Window'
- Enter in your desired configurations
- Select 'Save'
- Select 'Save'
