Description

• Attempting to schedule a report fails. An error is shown in the UI or the N-able Report Manager logs:
  • An attempt has been made to use a delivery extension that is not registered for this report server.

Environment

• All N-able Report Manager Servers

Solution

• This error is reported when SSRS Email Settings are not properly configured.
• Both 'Sender Address' and 'SMTP Server' values must be configured with valid values
• This can be performed by doing the following:
  1. Open Reporting Services Configuration Manager
  2. Select Email Settings
  3. Specify a valid SMTP Server address, and a Sender Address
