• This article explains the root cause of error 3021 when trying to import custom service on CUSTOMER level.

Environment

• N-able N-central

Solution

• Custom services can only be imported on SO level, so when you try to import it on CUSTOMER level, you will see an error message as shown in the screenshot below with error code 3021:

• Solution:
• Try to import custom service on SO level.
• The erroneous behavior is being addressed via NCCF-4817.
