Add a new bank direct debit

1. Go to My Account > Billing.

2. Select the billing account number and click Payment Method.

3. Click Bank Direct Debit and then click Add Account.

   

4. Select your country of residence from the drop-down list and enter your personal and bank details, including the currency, when prompted.

You authorize us to draw payments directly from your bank account as charges become due.

Your account must be billed in one of the following currencies:

AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, NZD, SEK or USD

Bank accounts in the billing currency must be held in this currency.
