MSP Manager Troubleshooting
Unable to view customers in MSP Manager when set to an Access Group - MSP Manager is linked to N-sight RMM

Description
- Unable to view customers in MSP Manager when set to an Access Group - MSP Manager is linked to RMM
- These customers are only in MSP Manager and are not shown in RMM
- The Access group was created in RMM
Environment
- N-able MSP Manager
- N-sight RMM Integrated
- Access Groups
Solution
- This has happened because the Access Group that was created from the N-sight RMM Client Group doesn't know about the Standalone Customers in MSP Manager
- To resolve this:
- Have a user with Admin permissions log in to MSP Manager
- Navigate to Settings > User Management > Access Groups
- Expand the specific Access Group and click on the Edit button
- Click on the Customers dialog box and select the Standalone customer(s) to be added to the Access Group
- Click Save Access Group
- Have the original user log out and back in
