Tickets not being received by the ticket mailbox

Description
- Inbound tickets are not being received
Environment
- N-able MSP Manager
Solution
- Click Settings
- Go to Tickets & Workflows and then select Ticket Mailboxes
- Check the status of the mailbox shows OK in green
- Click change Settings to enter new credentials, or set up a new mailbox.
- In some cases, deleting and recreating the mailbox fixes the issue.
