Tickets not being received by the ticket mailbox

Description

  • Inbound tickets are not being received

Environment

  • N-able MSP Manager

Solution

  • Click Settings
  • Go to Tickets & Workflows and then select Ticket Mailboxes
  • Check the status of the mailbox shows OK in green
  • Click change Settings to enter new credentials, or set up a new mailbox.
    • In some cases, deleting and recreating the mailbox fixes the issue.
