Description

  • Ticket Creation Notifications are not being sent
  • Is there a way to configure this per customer?

Environment

  • N-able MSP Manager

Solution

  • MSP Manager can send notifications to your customers
  1. Go to Settings > Notifications > When tickets created...
  2. Check box for "Notify the ticket's contact"
  3. Click Save Settings
  • Notifications are sent even if a contact is not listed as the primary contact
  • Note: Ticket Notifications cannot be sent per customer
