Some UI elements no longer display or missing in MSP Manager

Description

You may get sometimes UI elements missing when working with MSP Manager like "My Open Tickets" section wont display tickets anymore.

Environment

All N-able N-central versions
N-able MSP Manager

Solution

Ensure you use Firefox or Chrome. Do not use Internet Explorer as it has many issues with MSP Manager.
Clear your browser and Java cache (those are different, do not confuse them), close the browser and restart it as this should usually resolve the issue.
