Description
- Service Item list is not available to any user in MSP Manager when new Ticket Request is accepted
Environment
- N-able MSP Manager
Solution
- Make sure Service Plan is set to Active:
- Log into MSP Manager
- Go to Settings > Billing > Service Plans
- Click Edit Service Plan for Service Plan in question
- Make sure Status Active box is checked
- Click Save Service Plan
