Notifications not sending from MSP Manager

Description
- Notifications do not send from MSP Manager
- Not receiving ticket responses, appointments, and tickets assigned/completed updates
Environment
- N-able MSP Manager
Solution
- If you use the same email address that is used for your monitored ticket mailbox in your ticket responses or appointments (or any outbound communication), emails will not send.
- MSP Manager does not send outgoing emails from a monitored ticket mailbox to prevent potential endless email loop which may cause performance impact on our system.
- Do not use a monitored ticket mailbox email address in any form of communication within MSP Manager.
- To verify which email address is used as the Monitored Ticket Mailbox:
- Navigate to Settings > Tickets & Workflows > Ticket Mailboxes
