  • Not receiving activation e-mail for MSP Manager

Environment

  • N-able MSP Manager

Solution

  • MSP Manager will not send e-mails to monitored mailboxes to prevent ticket creation loops
  • You can verify if this e-mail is a monitored mailbox by:
    1. Log in to MSP Manager
    2. Click on Settings
    3. Click on Company Settings
    4. Click on Ticket Mailboxes
