- Not receiving activation e-mail for MSP Manager
Environment
- N-able MSP Manager
Solution
- MSP Manager will not send e-mails to monitored mailboxes to prevent ticket creation loops
- You can verify if this e-mail is a monitored mailbox by:
- Log in to MSP Manager
- Click on Settings
- Click on Company Settings
- Click on Ticket Mailboxes
