Icons missing from MSP Manager Android App

Description

• Any icon displayed on a black background is missing from the MSP Manager Android App for Android devices running the most recent version of the MSP Manager Android App on the latest Android OS.

Environment

• N-able MSP Manager
• MSP Manager Android Mobile App

Solution

• In the latest version of MSP Manager Android app, multiple icons displayed on a black background (the Plus and Check icon's location is displayed in the screenshot below) are missing from the application's interface, but their functionality still exists.
  
• If users know the location of missing icons, the buttons are still usable/clickable. The screenshot below shows the location of the icons:
  
• An error message is also sometimes displayed on loading the app, which is related to the same issue as the missing icons. This error is intermittent and can be cleared by reloading the app.
  

This is a know issue and the MSP Manager support team is working to resolve the issue with an update coming soon.
