Solution

  1. From the left navigation pane of MSP Manager, navigate to Settings> Company Settings and select Portal.
  2. Configure the following options:
    1.  URL Prefix - customize to fit your business, as this will be the first part of the Customer Portal URL your customers will use to access the portal.
    2. Company Display Name - your company name is displayed at the top of the portal.
    3. Company Logo - your company logo is visible at the top of the portal.
  3. Select Choose File to upload an image file of your company's logo.
  4. Image files for your company logo should be .PNG or .JPEG file types, and be limited to as small a file size as possible.

  5. Click the Primary and Accent colors fields and choose and customize the color scheme of your portal.
  6. Make sure you have specified Primary and Accent colors to ensure your company logo appears correctly on both your login page and in the top corner of the portal.

  7. Click Save Settings when you are finished editing your portal.
