Description

• Can deleted tickets can be retrieved in MSP Manager?

Environment

• MSP Manager

Solution

• Check first whether the ticket was deleted as a result of deleting a Service Item
  • Restoring the Service Item (Settings > Billing > Deleted Service Items) will restore the attached tickets
• If a ticket was deleted manually (not due to deleting a Service Item) and needs to be restored, please create a Support case
