Description

  • Receiving bounce back after attempting to create tickets in MSP Manager
  • ERROR: There was a failure trying to create ticket: -1 Customer: XXXXXX ERROR: 10606 Unable to create a ticket, please contact N-able Technical Support for assistance. The following is the error message provided by MSP Manager: Could not create the ticket: com.mspmanager.model.Ticket@1f; nested exception is org.springframework.web.client.RestClientException: The HTTP response contains an error: statusCode='402', statusText='Payment Required', responseBody=''; nested exception is com.fasterxml.jackson.databind.exc.MismatchedInputException: No content to map due to end-of-input at [Source: (String)""; line: 1, column: 0] Please confirm that there are no networking issues, and that Ticketing Recipient [Server Hardware] is configured properly.
