Are time entries shown in a ticket when they are viewed through customer portal?

  • When going to MSP Manager portal and viewing tickets time entries are not shown

Solution

  • There is not currently an option to view time entries for a ticket when going to the customer portal.
  • Submit this as a feature request at: https://success.n-able.com/feature-request/
  • A time entry report can be run in MSP Manager by going to Reports > Tickets and selecting Show Time Entry Detail > Apply Filters.
